If you have been trying to verify your website with Google Search console, there could be several reasons why it could not be working. The easiest solution is for us to manually input your verification code for you. This will help to ensure that a plugin did not inadvertently create a new line of text on your site’s DNS file. If it did, we can replace that line with the correct Google verification code. The change will take about 30 minutes to take effect when the changes are made. Then you can press “VERIFY” again from your Google Webmaster or Search Console login to verify your site.
If you can see your page from your admin dashboard but can’t see it live, navigate to > Settings > General and make sure that both WordPress Address (URL) and Site Address (URL) are the exactly same; that both URLs begin with https, or that www is not mispelled or missing a letter.
www is not required for your website to work. If you decide to remove it, your URL must be entered as: https://mydomain.com or org, etc.
Please note that if your URLs do not match here, the Yoast SEO Plugin will also not work. Please repeat all steps and run the Yoast SEO Configuration Wizard again when you are done troubleshooting.
Any changes you make to your site URLs will log you out upon saving. When that happens, log back in as normal.

Yes. All of our websites include a free SSL Certificate and should always go to https. If your website is not automatically being redirected, let us know, and we will make the necessary changes to your website.
TIP: Please make sure that your website links include “https://” before they are shared or featured on any third party sites.

Yes.
In order for you or your site members to have access to multiple websites at once, a copy of your current members (users) can be exported from your primary website and re-added to your new website after the multi-site access functions have been installed on both sites. (Their membership anniversary date, login info and name will not be changed)
When ready, users will be able to navigate between both websites at once.
– New members can be automatically added to your linked websites automatically. Default Role Types and any steps needed to help prevent unauthorized changes to either site must already be in place. If you need help to do so, please let us know ahead of time. This option can be turned turned off.
– Logging in/out from one website, will do the same for the other. (Unsaved changes will be lost)
– User info and password will be the same or both sites; even if changed.
– Multi-site access can be uninstalled at any time but will then require any existing site members to log into both sites via their respective login pages.
Please note: If multi-site access is requested on a new enrollment, the user will be expected to wait 30 days and apply for a subdomain first. (There is a limit of two subdomains per Professional Account.) If multi-site access is requested between two separate primary/non-sub domains, both websites must be currently hosted by SILISPRO (Separate hosting fees will apply). For security reasons, we do not recommend to request multi-site access to a WordPress website hosted outside of SILISPRO.
